Cabin Classes

Economy

Economy Class cabins contain reclining seats with a pitch of 30 inches. The in-flight menu includes complimentary meals and a range of beverages. Special meals, including kids' meals, can be made if requested prior to the flight. Audio entertainment is available with a range of channels.

Business

Business Class cabins contain reclining seats with a pitch of 39 inches. The in-flight menu includes complimentary meals and a range of beverages including French Champagne. Special meals, including kids' meals, can be made if requested prior to the flight. Audio entertainment is available with a range of channels including informational videos on the diverse culture of Vanuatu and things to see and do. Children's entertainment packs are provided.
Baggage
Economy passengers are allowed 1 piece of 7kg hand luggage, 1 piece of 20kg (each) checked baggage when flying to Noumea or Nadi, and 1 piece of 23kg checked baggage for all other destinations. Business Class passengers are allowed 2 pieces of 7kg (total) hand luggage, 1 piece of 20kg (each) checked baggage when flying to Noumea or Nadi, and 1 piece of 30kg checked baggage for all other destinations.
Check-in Options
Air Vanuatu allows passengers to check-in at the allocated desks from 2.5 hours to 40 minutes before departure time. Check-in for flights to New Zealand open at 3 hours before departure time.
Rewards Program
Air Vanuatu, in partnership with Qantas, allows passengers to earn and redeem Qantas frequent flyer points on all Air Vanuatu flights.
Lounges
In partnership with Qantas, Air Vanuatu Business Class passengers and Qantas Frequent Flyer members may have access to Qantas Lounges where applicable. For more details please refer to the airline.
